Whether you just want to relax around your own private pool and soak up the Florida sunshine or watch those famous sunsets, our 7 Star Luxury Villa is one of the best villas you could wish to rent in the Orlando area.

Our home is Pure Class, High Quality and loaded with luxury features and benefits. It is state of the art and has everything required for the perfect vacation.

Our detached villa is beautifully designed with 5 bedrooms (3 masters all with en-suites, spread over 3 floors), 4½ bathrooms, a whole floor dedicated as a games room.

The ultimate in luxury living, consists of 4.300 sq ft of living area, all fully air conditioned, luxuriously furnished and fully equipped to the highest standards. This beautiful home can comfortably cater for up to eleven guests.

The pool area is south facing and we are one of only a handful of homes where the pool deck actually overlooks the peaceful setting of the spectacular Tower Lake, with its fantastic sunsets.

A private luxury 32 feet x 16 feet heated pool with water features and a large spa that can seat 10, and is surrounded by our very own 1850 square feet private lake viewing deck.

We are located on the prestigious new, gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, situated alongside the beautiful and natural 'Tower Lake' in central Florida. With lakefront facilities including, clubhouse, fishing pier, picnic area and boating ramp for water sports.

The community itself is perfectly located within easy access to all the best entertainment in Orlando. There are also a number of golf courses nearby, including the Southern Dunes Golf course adjacent to the community which is described as being one of the best public Golf Courses in Florida.

Our villa is by no means the cheapest, but our villa is definitely the best.

The lots either side of the villa have been landscaped to give the villa the magnificence that it warrants (not shown currently in the map images).

It was a pleasure staying at your villa. The location is fantastic and we spent a lot of time by the pool. It was a great experience and we wouldn't hesitate to consider staying there on our future trips to Central Florida.

Where Do I Begin?

The Games Room is the "pad" everyone wants at home! It immediately sparks celebration and fun. Apart from all the games there is additional drinks fridges which meant 3 things.

1: Speedy access to drinks when basking in the Florida sun by the pool.
2: You were not wearing out the stairs to the kitchen.
3: The main fridge in the kitchen was not bulging at its hinges with strategically balanced items.

The "infinity pool", upgraded to such by the lake location was a measure of freedom with only the wildlife to share it.

The manicured lawns encompassing the villa create your own little Robinson Crusoe plot with peace, calm and tranquillity.

The fishing pier a few metres across the lake means the kids/partner are a whistle and a wave away so you can multi task by observing their catch whilst sunbathing and reading.

The villa promotes itself by its vast size and outstanding location. Everything is so big and spacious, the garden, the pool, rooms, beds, TVs, closets, showers, seats... it is endless. I felt like Alice and this was my temporary Wonderland.

Fort de Soto, Myakka River State Park, Cocoa and Daytona Beach are an alternative to hustle bustle Disney, easily accessible from Calabay Parc.

Simply Amazing Villa!!!

5 star isn't enough stars for this beautiful luxury Villa. If I could I would give at least 100 stars!!!

Driving up to the villa it was already noticeable that this was the best villa in the neighbourhood.

Once inside my friends and I were in complete awe by how beautiful and huge the villa was.

We also loved how the home had a great view of the Lake as well.

The owner and the management was very quick to responding to our questions, and made our stay that more relaxing.

This villa is overall wonderful.

Daytona 500

We stayed at this Villa in February for our annual trip to the Daytona 500.

The drive was not bad at all when you are talking and having a good time. But I am sure you are reading to hear about the house.

Let me tell you this, the pictures do not do this place justice. Yes pictures are nice to look at but let me tell you by first hand the place is way above what we expected.

Beautiful inside and the upper deck over looking the lake and pool was a big hang out for us. TV's where like every where you looked inside and out. The master Bedrooms where awesome and the super kings where awesome. I do not think I hit the middle of the bed the whole weekend.

The reservations person Melissa O'Grady was more than you could imagine to deal with. Always nice and very fast to respond to any questions.

The property Manager Robin was just a call away even though we never had to because the place was in top notch condition. But she did check on us to make sure everything was good.

I am telling you this if you are planning a trip to the Orlando area and you want a place to kick back and relax and never worry about bumping into the family like a hotel room or smaller house than this is the place for you.

Pool was a great thing to relax in and spa was just a button away to get it ready to relax after a long day.

I promise you and again promise you there is no way you can go wrong with this house and I hope to be in this house again and again.
