This beautiful 3rd floor 3 bedroom/ 2 bath oceanfront condo will welcome you from the moment you walk through the door. This unit has been newly renovated with new tile floors and carpet, granite counter-tops, newer appliances and NEW LEATHER sofa and love seat. Enjoy the ocean view from your Master bedroom, family room or while relaxing on your over-sized balcony with new Windward patio chairs. This quaint and friendly complex offers a picture-perfect atmosphere for either a romantic getaway for two or a family vacation filled with endless activities.

KEYS are on-site when you arrive. Seaview has a 7 day a week on-site management office in the lobby so you can conveniently check in.

The interior features a spacious 1,400 sq. ft. layout and modern design. The kitchen has been newly remodeled with white cabinets; granite counter-tops and has an eat-at bar with seating for three. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils. The living room has a New leather sofa and love seat perfect for lounging after a fun day at the beach, so you can lay back and watch a movie on the flat screen L.C.D TV. Both the family room and master bedroom have patio doors that lead to your private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The over-sized balcony complete with patio table and seating for four is perfect for relaxing and watching dolphins play in the ocean or taking in one of Madeira Beach's majestic sunsets.

Madeira Beach is also known for it's beautiful soft white sandy beach and majestic sunsets. Madeira Beach is also home to historic Johns Pass Village. There you will find countless restaurants, shops and activities.

My family and I stayed at this condo unit in December and it was perfect. The unit was clean, the decor was lovely and the unit was fully stocked with everything we needed during out stay. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins in the mornings and the sunsets at night, the view from this balcony was amazing. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive. We also loved going to Johns Pass and shopping. The office staff was always friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. Connie the owner was also always a pleasure and made the whole booking process very easy. We also enjoyed going back and forth between the hot-tub and heated pool, which was a bonus in December.
