Total remodeling from ceiling to floor, wide open kitchen with SS appliances, wood cabinets and granite counter tops, computer desk with WIFI and high speed internet integrated in the kitchen. New washer and dryer in the unit’s large laundry room, master bedroom with King size bed, 32” flat screen TV with DVD player multi zone, modern master bathroom with glass top vanity and Toto toilet, new shower tub with glass door and a large walk in closet. The great room with 42” flat screen TV with DVD player multi zone has a western exposure boosting great Florida sunsets, large patio doors give a great open space feeling and lots of breeze when the temperature cools off. The dining area with glass top table and four leather chairs will accommodate four guests for gourmet meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast bar in granite is 9 feet long with four adjustable bar stools. The 1200 SQF apartment has a spilt floor plan and the guest quarters are located on the east side, the bed room with a new Queen size bed, night tables, dresser and spacious closet will please guests and family alike, the bathroom with modern vanity, Toto toilet, bath tub and porcelain tiles is very comfortable. The listing description was extremely accurate. The apartment was actually more than I expected. The decor is beautiful. The place was spotless. The owners are a lovely couple who took great care in furnishing the apartment very tastefully and supplied every amenity you could imagine. They thought of everything. The grounds are well kept. The pool area is great and the property is a tennis lovers dream. Location is ideal near shopping movies, entertainment, restaurants, etc. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. We hope to return in the future.

A beautiful place to stay

WE WERE THE FIRST TENANTS TO RENT THIS CONDO AFTER A MAJOR RENOVATION WAS COMPLETED BY THE OWNERS.

WE WERE WORRIED THAT A LOT OF THINGS WOULD BE MISSING. BUT, TO OUR SURPRISE, NOT ONLY THE CONDO WAS SPOTLESS BUT THEY
THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING, FROM BASIC CLEANING SUPPLIES TO THE FIRST AID KIT. NOTHING WAS MISSING.
THERE WAS EVEN WATER IN THE FRIDGE AND A NICE FRUIT PLATE. TO WELCOME US.

THE NEW MATTRESSES ARE VERY COMFORTABLE. WE ENJOYED THE EXTRA LARGE OPEN KITCHEN AND THE ADJACENT LAUNDRY ROOM, VERY CONVENIENT.
WITH OVER 20 TENNIS COURT AT YOUR FOOT STEP, A 5 MINUTES DRIVE TO THE BEAUTIFUL DELRAY BEACH WITH EASY PARKING. A 10 MINUTES RIDE FROM THE GREAT ATLANTIC AVENUE WITH SHOPS AND GREAT CHOICE OF RESTAURANTS. ASK THE OWNERS WHO ARE VERY ACCESSIBLE, THEIR LIST OF RESTAURANTS, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.
