Spacious with 3 queen beds, 2 full, 1 single, and conversion couch

Pretty home with knotty pine and lots of windows. Wood flooring down, plush carpeting upstairs, modern kitchen with granite counters, 3 1/2 baths, great room, tv room, screened porch, lovely lakeside patio. Outstanding view of north end of Burt Lk.

Why Anne Hollaway chose Brutus

We bought an old house on this property with intentions to improve it. The house ended up being torn down, and this is the replacement.

What makes this house unique

This lake lot is extra special (130 ft. on the lake), and there are many extra nice touches that went in to the project. AC, wood floors, knotty pine, ceiling fans, a beautiful fireplace, landscaping, a modern kitchen, 3 1/2 bathrooms, the list goes on...

Douglas Lake access on U of M Biological properties, Carp Creek River Gorge, bird watching on U of M properties, tubing and canoeing on Sturgeon River, boat rentals on Burt Lake with access to Indian River and Mullett Lake, golfing at Hidden River or Chestnut Valley Golf Courses, good eats and shopping in surrounding Petoskey and Harbor Springs areas, walk the pier in Petoskey, enjoy Lake Michigan sandy beaches at either Petoskey State Park, or Wilderness State Park.
