Located just 300 meters from the beach, has beautiful views of the sea and mountain. Building a high standard, with electronic gate, pool and barbecue social. Quiet street in subdivision with private security.

Comfort: the gas heating (hot water taps), cable TV, landline phone and fast internet (10 mega) with wireless. Full kitchen, dishes, cutlery, crockery, cups, glasses, appliances. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but it is very airy and well ventilated.

The New Campeche is a little neighborhood, located in Campeche Beach, east of Santa Catarina Island. It has quiet streets, mostly residential with homes and buildings. The beach is just 100 meters from the streets and has crystal clear water and beautiful waves, ideal for surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing etc. Nearby, there are still other natural attractions such as the Pond of Campeche, Joaquina dunes (sandboard), Lagoa da Conceição (water sports, restaurants, bars, nightclubs), the Ribeirão da Ilha (historical ville, oysters farms, restaurants), Ilha do Campeche (beautiful island) and Lagoa do Peri (natural park). The Campeche Beach is one of the closest to the center (20 km), Airport (10 km), the Lagoa da Conceição (8 km) and other attractions in Florianopolis. It has good infrastructure, with supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, banks and public transport (bus).
