I have always loved this neighborhood and when this house became avaiable, I jumped at the chance to buy it. It had been neglected for years and needed to be brought back. I had looked at probably 50 homes and this one just spoke to me. I've loved it ever since.
I love the screenporch. It overlooks some amazing gardens and you cant find a more peaceful and relaxing space. The blue sitting room with the firplace is a close second. The neighborhood is beautiful and directly connected to amazing walking/bike trails that can take you all over the city.
Home is located in a historical upscale neighborhood directly adjacent to UT campus and Downtown area. Neighborhood has direct access to a major highway that give you access to any part of town in under 20 minutes. Hike and bike trails take you directly downtown or to Lake Austin.
