Just imagine, rural tree-lined streets only 5 minutes from the beaches, Del Mar Racetrack/Fairgrounds, Solana Beach train station (Amtrak and Coaster), Highway 101, and the world-class Cedros Design District. Quick access to the I-5 will get you to your favorite tourist destinations without delay!

Newly completed in 2007, this 4000 square foot, one-of-a kind hacienda offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and an A- list of amenities; a beautifully-designed home even to the most discriminating of tastes. This welcoming retreat accommodates 8 overnight guests in beds, and is perfect for multi-family visitors. We have additional twin mattresses for children, if necessary. This house was so much fun for the whole family....lots of space and the kitchen/living room area was great for our big family reunion to gather every day. The courtyard was also beautiful and a great place to BBQ. The house was actually closer to the beach than I thought and everything was easy to get to with just a few minute drive or even walk. Great neighborhood and we will definitely be back. Our kids also loved the large backyard.

Amazing. This was our absolute favourite place we've stayed. We enjoyed every minute of our time at the Del Mar house. The house was very spacious, clean, had everything we needed.,,,sugar, salt, spices, oil, flour etc.
Del Mar proved to be a great town to stay in and close to everything. - we went to multiple beaches, Seaworld, the Zoo, Legoland and the USS

stayed only 3 nights but this is a beautiful home with lots of space...only had 5 people but plenty of extra space...it was good that all the rooms are on one floor. Courtyard and large backyard were unique. The plaza down the street was convenient.

Vacationed at this beautiful house for a week with my extended family and we all absolutely loved it! The house is bigger than i thought and was very quite and really perfect for our family. The courtyard and large backyard was also great with the kids.
The plaza next door was super convenient and we just walked there daily to get food, have breakfast and do some shopping....quick drive to several beaches. I would definitely come back to this house!

We recently stayed in this beautiful home in Del Mar and were very impressed with the size, layout of floorplan and amenities. Luxurious home with great accommodations.All the beds were very comfortable with lots of extra linens.Master bedroom is amazing! Plenty of room for 8-10 people. Conveniently located near a grocery store and coffee shops, plus easy access to the freeway.
Lovely furnishings & quality built home. You'd be proud to invite your friends to stay. Ideal for a family.

The descriptions and the photos were accurate, the property clean and well maintained and the owner very accessible. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to make very fond family memories.

Going back home made me miss the huge house. I definitely recommend it!
