Great location, great room, but poor service.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The room is in a great location, was very comfortable, spacious, and nice. Unfortunately, there were a few problems that made our stay a little less enjoyable. First, when we arrived, we found the room had not been completely cleaned. There were used towels on the floor and hanging up, one of the toilets was not flushed, and there were m&ms on the floor. I am assuming the previous tenant paid the same cleaning fee I did, so this was surprising and disappointing to see. Second, one of the hot tubs in the building was not working and the other hot tub was always too crowded to ever be used. A hut tub is usually one of the highlights of a ski resort trip and we were disappointed to not be able to use it during our stay. Finally, it sounded like there was construction (or at hamering) going on in the room above us into the late hours of the night. This cost us a lot of sleep. It was a very pleasant room and perhaps we just had poor timing, but our stay was not a good one. Next time I will just pay extra and stay in a room managed by Keystone itself.

Thank you for staying with us and thank you for your comments. With the exception of the room not being cleaned when you arrived, all the other issues were the direct responsibility of Keystone. They manage the building. They maintain the hot tubs. They manage the unit next door that had the hammering. We are sorry these issues happened and we are always happy to deal with Keystone on your behalf. Unfortunately, we cannot address your issues after-the-fact.
