Our home is perfect for the family on the go. The condo sleeps 4 and has all the comforts of home. You will love our contemporary upscale furnishings that will make your stay a delight. When you are on the go, you can enjoy the Desert Ridge area with all of its shopping, dining and entertainment. Scottsdale is just minutes away. If you are a sports nut, be sure not to miss Spring Training, or the Arizona Diamondbacks. If you visit us in the Fall, don't miss the ASU or Phoenix Cardinal Football Games. If basketball is your game, the Phoenix Suns are a short ride away. Going to Sodona or the Grand Canyon? Hop in the car for those breathtaking venues. If you are a golfer, there are more golf courses in the area than you can imagine. Take a tumble on your bike, the Mayo Clinic is a couple miles away. You name it, you will find it in and around our beautiful home.
About Rochelle Rudnick

Brad and Rochelle Rudnick live Pleasanton, CA and were introduced to the Tempe - Phoenix - Scottsdale area when our son attended Arizona State University. Our first property in the area was a condo near ASU where our son lived before graduation. We fell in love with the area especially since Scottsdale is the Spring Training home of the San Francisco Giants, golf courses are everywhere and dining and shopping choices are plentiful. This is our home when we are not in CA. It has all of the things we enjoy. We are confident you will enjoy the area as well..

What makes this condo unique

When we purchased this property, we were looking for a 1-level ground floor property for it's ease to get into and out of the complex from the ground floor. In addition, our location is minutes from everything we enjoy about the area - professional baseball and basketball, golf, movies, entertainment, dining and shopping. We could not find a property that has everything that we were looking for in a vacation home.

The Villages at Aviano is an up-scale, gated community in the heart of the Desert Ridge community. You are minutes from a wide variety of restaurant options, shopping til you drop, golf to your hearts desire and minutes from baseball's Spring Training and the Major League's Arizona Diamondbacks. If football is your sport, enjoy the Phoenix Cardinal in Glendale. Is hockey your passion? The Phoenix Coyotes are also in Glendale.. Hoops - the Phoenix Suns are as short drive away. If sight seeing is your thing, you will find no shortage of opportunities. You will enjoy Old Town Scottsdale over and over, The Phoenix - Scottsdale area is dining, shopping and entertainment heaven.

It's easy to get to the Villages at Aviano. You are less than 30 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport up HIghway 51 and the 101 Loop. From the highway, you are just a couple of miles from Aviano. Once at The Villages, you can lounge at the pool or experience the Phoenix-Scottsdale area. You will really enjoy your stay.
