With 6 bedrooms, each facing the ocean and with a private bath, you can accommodate 18 people in this luxury home. The entire ocean side of the house features covered porches and direct access to your private boardwalk.

After a day on the beach you and your guests can unwind in the common room while watching the big screen TV from the comfort of one of the overstuffed chairs or stretch out on the sectional. The large, fully equipped kitchen flows out into the common area and offers ample seating for all of your dinner guests. After dinner you may want to retire to the game room for a round of foosball while enjoying a drink from the wet bar. Traveling with children? They love the kids room with built in bunk beds. A laundry room and WiFi round out this truly spectacular low country beachfront home.

Downstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms, both have Queen-sized beds. They both have doors that open up to the covered porch the full length of the house. They both have there own private bath and great ocean views. 2 more bedrooms downstairs, at the front of the house. One has a queen size bed. The other one has 3 sets of bunk beds. Both of these bedrooms have there own private baths as well. There is a laundry room downstairs and large game room/living space in the center of the downstairs with great ocean views. 2 queen sleeper sofas offer sleeping accommodations for 4 more people.

Upstairs is the remaining 2 bedrooms. They both have wonderful ocean views with doors that open up to the upper level full deck. Both include king size beds and their own adjoining baths. There is a large kitchen with a raised counter bar that will seat 4-6 people and a built in booth table that will seat 6-8 people. In the kitchen are 2 dishwashers, microwave, 2 sinks and 2 large refrigerators. An additional microwave is in the wet bar on the main level in the game room. There is a large farmhouse table that will seat 10 people to bring a total of 20-24 seats for dining.

Amenity cards are available for purchase and will provide you with access to all community amenities. Each card is sold on a per person basis and rates vary per season. Please inquire for more information.

This was our second stay at the Boardwalk. This is a fabulous house and everyone in our large group loved it! The view is spectacular and there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house has everything you need for a great vacation!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

Fabulous Home!!

This was our second stay at The Boardwalk. This house has the perfect layout for a vacation with 6 bedrooms each with it's own bath, two living areas, and our favorite...the huge porches overlooking the ocean. We had the best of both worlds with the tidal pool and the ocean right in our back yard. The kitchen is large and well appointed. We love to cook, and the 2nd full size refrigerator was great for keeping all the extra drinks cold and ready. The first floor living area was comfy for the kids with a big tv and lots of games. The kitchenette was great for keeping the little one's snacks handy and the additional ice machine ensured we never ran out of ice. The ping pong table and fuseball table kept us entertained for hours on end. We enjoyed morning bike rides, evening golfcart rides, alligator and deer watching, the great pools, and the golf courses. The week came to an end too soon. We didn't want to leave.
