First level features open floor plan with Living Room, TV/DVD, Dining Room, Fully equipped Kitchen, Breakfast Bar, fully equipped Laundry Room, 1/2 Bathroom, Screened in Patio table and chairs. Also Large Master Suite with Queen Sleigh Bed, Large Walk in Closet, Private Bathroom with Double Vanity, Private Commode area, Extra Large Shower Stall. Second Level has Master Suite with Balcony overlooking the Pond and Walking Trail, Private Full Bath, Walk in Closet, and TV. Third Bedroom has Queen size Bed, Large Closet, and TV. Fourth Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds,Large Closet, and TV/DVD.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed to have a great stay! The development was very quiet, the swimming pool was clean and private and our view on the corner (of the pond) was great! The owners were very quick to reply to any questions that we had and kept in touch with us from the beginning. They were very easy to get in contact with. We would totally recommend this home to anyone looking for a home away from home while on vacation. It was private, yet close to shopping and amenities.

My stay at Fiesta Key was an excellent experience. My next vacation stay in Florida will definitely be there. Candido the owner was very helpful and very thoughtful. He made sure my family and I were always comfortable during our stay at his vacation home. One thing he said to me was vacation can be stressful and he wanted my family and I to have a worry free vacation as far as our stay at his town home. He also said he treats people the way he would want to be treated. He is a man of his word because we definitely received excellent treatment. The town home was extremely clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was there. It was also very quiet and peaceful there.There was plenty of room for my whole family. I really recommend this town home to anyone going to Disney and any other parks in that area. Fiesta Key is definitely the ideal location for Disney or if you need a clean tranquil area to stay Fiesta Key is the place to be. My only regret is I should have stayed a few more days to just enjoy Fiesta Key a little while longer.
