We absolutely loved staying here! We came to Austin for a bachelorette party and could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. The living/ dining/ kitchen areas are spacious and the appliances are all updated. It was clean and well-stocked (linens, towels, dishes, cookware, etc.) And the master shower was unlike anything I've ever seen (in a good way!) The owners were also very friendly and helpful. And the best part of all?? It was incredibly affordable compared to similar places. For the price, it was beyond worth it! Forgot to mention, it's a five minute ride to downtown. We even took pedi-cabs one night :)

I rented this house with a few cousins for a weekend in Austin while attending a weekend. It was a cheaper option than the hotel with far better accommodations. Just a short walk to downtown allowed us to enjoy the city as if we were staying in a centrally located hotel. The house was absolutely gorgeous, it was 30 minutes after we walked in that we finally put our bags down!!

We stayed for a ladies weekend and this was a perfect place. It's meticulously remodeled, completely charming and filled with beautiful antiques. The beds are giant and amazingly comfortable. The master suite is impressive as is the entire place. I highly recommend. Walking distance from Rainey Street and East Austin fun. Easy to get cabs if you need them. Loved it.

My only gripe was that we like to cook and could have used more than one oven rack as well as a sharp knife and an adequate cutting board. (The chopping block needs a board over it). There aren't many bowls or baking dishes. Other than that the place was magnificent!

We had such a great time during our stay in Austin. The house was amazing. We absolutely loved all the quirks, beautiful furniture, and comforts it had to offer. The owner was very personable and easygoing. We will most definitely be staying here next time we come back to Austin!

What a beautifully renovated home, from the very foundation to the fantastic furnishings Sita has provided. A great backyard, comfy beds and a kitchen we didn't want to leave. A perfect location, too, moments away from the center of East Austin but also just minutes away from downtown and then into South Austin.

We'll be back, Sita...thank you so much!
