Vaulted ceilings create an open, spacious feel. Relax on the expansive covered deck. View the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico from the ground-level porches or from the spacious upstairs master bedroom which opens onto a terrace with an expansive view of the white, sandy beaches below. The terrace affords privacy and an unobstructed view you will never forget.

The fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar (seats six), has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. This home is ideal for couples and families who wish to vacation together but desire some private time on their own. You will not be disappointed!

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the upstairs master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Awesome Alligator Point!

I would recommend this to anyone coming to Florida. It would be a great family vacation or just hanging out with friends. The house is a very nice 3 bedroom with wonderful ocean views. Our favorite thing was to watch the dolphins playing in the ocean from the house. We loved laying out on the deck and listening to the ocean. Our 3 year old enjoyed the beach and playing in the sand. The beach was not crowded. The house is well stocked with everything you need. It was a very peaceful and enjoyable family vacation.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Wonderful vacation home! We have stayed on Alligator Point three times now and absolutely love it there! Great for the kids, the beach is beautiful and it seems we get it all to ourselves each time. This lovely home is in a very nice location right on the beach (last year we stayed at a house that was advertised as beachfront but it was not :( ). If you want to relax and get away from it all and have a beautiful beach mostly to yourselves then this place fits the bill (make sure to watch for the dolphins swimming in the morning).
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
