The chalet was built in 2002 by the best wood work and stone work specialists of the valley. With 6 bedrooms (optional 7th can be made available) and 5 bathrooms (optional 6th), and an area of approximately 250 square meters, it is ideal for family reunions.

Our family is from Savoie. We bought this large piece of land in 1993 and built the Chalet from 2001 to 2002. We have been using it since then for week-ends and vacations. Grand-parents, parents and kids all spend time together there.

Chamonix has been our family reunion spot for 25 years. All seasons are enjoyable. The summer is great for mountaineering, paragliding, golf and tennis, and the winter of course is great for skiing. The less crowded fall and spring are also very enjoyable because Chamonix is large enough to offer a very broad range of dining and entertainment options. Our chalet is very comfortable and far enough from the sometimes crowded city center, to enjoy the tranquility of nature. It is however at walking distance from Chamonix and many of its 'hotspots'
This Chalet is a combination of tradition and comfort. It was built by Trappier using traditional wood techniques. It was designed to fit comfortably a large family of up to 12 persons. The location is unbeatable in terms of access, views and distances to the city and the main sports locations (ski, golf, tennis).
We spent our February vacation in Herve's house with a few other families and could not have been happier. We were three families under one roof (with lots of kids) and it never felt crowded. The layout is great: the play area is far from the kitchen and living room, leaving those areas calm and quiet. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all perfect for us - plenty of room, lots of spaces to store your clothes, and plenty of bathrooms so nobody had to share. We spent our time at the various resorts in town, and found it very easy to get around (but we did have cars, it might be tough without them.) Herve was easy to work with, we look forward to coming back soon!
Located in the plain of 'Les Praz', the most sunny area of the Valley. One of the best residential neighborhoods around Chamonix.
Walking distance from the ski resort of La Flegere, the golf of Chamonix, and the tennis club.
