Watch the sun rise from our 6th floor oceanfront balcony overlooking the beach and pool. Enjoy breakfast while watching the dolphins frolics in the waves and sipping cool drinks in the afternoon. The oceanfront carpeted master bedroom boasts a nautical theme with its queen bed, television, private bathroom and reading area. The carpeted second bedroom can sleep three with its double/single bunk bed and bathroom with 5' tiled shower right outside the door. A portable roll-away bed is also available for one extra person. The spacious tiled living room offers a queen sleep sofa with television, DVD player and stereo with CD player. During those rainy days, enjoy a collection of board games and books at the game table. The Dining Room will seat your family comfortably while enjoying meals from the fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster and sink with garbage disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, plates and eating utensils. A department store, grocery store, library and church are within walking distance of the building. If the beach is not your thing, sit around the large oceanfront pool enjoying the sun and sea breeze. Don't miss the famous breakfast buffet, live entertainment and oceanfront restaurant right next door at the Clarion Hotel. This condominium is so well located that once you park your car, leave it for the rest of the week. While we welcome and appreciate all inquiries, our family friendly building does not allow us to have groups of high school or college students in our unit. Upon arrival you will need to register with the management of the building. There is a $35 non-refundable registration fee.
