Charming Cape Cod tastefully decorated in a nautical theme. Includes all the comforts of home. Features two bedrooms (total of 3 queen beds), 1 and 1/2 baths, fully equipped galley kitchen, dining area, living room with additional queen sleeper sofa, patio with patio set,unbrella and BBQ grill, and large fenced yard. Amenities include central air, BBQ grill, new washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, telephone, DVD/TV, cable and wi-fi.

We fell in love with Silver Beach. It rivals alot of coastal beaches, and you can enjoy it without ever having to board an airplane. The town of St. Joseph is very quaint and welcoming. We plan on making it our 'home away from home' with our children and grandchildren for generations to come!

Sun 'n Sand on Vine is close enough to all attactions in beautiful St. Joseph, yet includes a large, private fenced yard to get away from it all if you wish. It's everything wrapped up into one ideal vacation getaway.

Nearest Train : Amtrak at 0.1 Miles
Nearest Beach : Silver Beach at 0.1 Miles

One-half block from Amtrak station (home is accessible by daily train to/from downtown Chicago). Car is not necessary. Walking distance to EVERYTHING idyllic St. Joseph has to offer including Silver Beach, downtown St. Joe, Whirlpool compass fountain (interactive splash fountain), giant carousel, outdoor art exhibits, welcome center, Krasl Art Center, Curious Kids Museum, library, eclectic restaurants and shops, outdoor concert venues, St. Joseph County Park, St. Joseph River and Riverwalk, famous lighthouses, Box Factory for the Arts, bicycle and walking paths, Kiwanis Skateboard park, river and lake fishing, and golf courses (including Harbor Shores, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course). Seasonal events include weekly Farmers Market, monthly Antiques on the Bluff Market, and annual Tri-State Regatta and Sailing Festival.
