La Vida Loca at Vista Las Palmas is a sky villa on the 12th floor of Costa Rica's tallest, most comfortable and luxurious residential building. This three bedroom, 3.5 bathroom residence is 2,600 square feet (241 m2) featuring fabulous views that stretch for miles, including all of Jaco Beach and the rainforest behind the lively beach town.

The living room-dining room-kitchen has an open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the famed sunset. The kitchen is fully-equipped and the wrap-around balcony is over-sized. The master suite is outfitted with a king-sized bed, flat panel television, private en suite bathroom and an ocean view. The first guest suite also has a king-sized bed, flat panel television and private en suite bathroom. Lastly, the second guest suite (third bedroom) features a king-sized bed, flat panel television, and private en suite bathroom. A powder room, washer and dryer complete your sky villa.

The complimentary amenities at Vista Las Palmas include use of the beachfront swimming pool and Jacuzzi, air-conditioned fitness facility, covered parking, concierge services, 24/7 security, and locker for surf boards. All Mead Brown rentals are professionally managed, and they include daily housekeeping (except Sundays), bed linens, bath linens, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, facial tissue, bathroom tissue, shampoo, hair conditioner, and shower gel.
