3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom 1500 Sq. Ft. Condo 2 Miles Away From Disney

Our Canadian-owned vacation condo located near Formosa Gardens Boulevard and Silk Road in Kissimmee, FL is available for rent! This lovely 1500 sq. ft condo is spacious enough to house 6 people comfortably with it's 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is newly and completely furnished with everything you and your family will need during your stay in the sunshine state! The open-concept living room contains a large sectional sofa and is open to the dining area which has an exceptional dining table, able to seat 6 as well as the breakfast bar that seats 3!

Need groceries, looking to dine out or visit Disney? Your condo is located within walking distance to a plaza that can fulfill all your needs with it's restaurants, bars, and grocery stores! There are a wider variety of accommodations such as shopping outside the plaza that are only minutes away as well. Disney is located only a few miles from your condo letting you have more fun at Disney and less time on the road!
About Kyle

We are a family of four from a small city in Ontario, Canada. We visited Kissimmee, Florida for our very first time this year and fell in love with the area. This love-at-first-sight naturally became a deciding factor in our purchase of a vacation home!

Why Kyle chose Sun Lake

Our time here was so wonderful because the area our condo is located in is quite convenient! Right beside the resort is Formosa Gardens Village, a plaza that has restaurants, bars, grocery and convenient stores. Need a bit more variety? The condo is in the heart of the West 192 strip, minutes away from many stores, restaurants, and outlets.

Not only is the location convenient for shopping, but it's minutes away from Disney. It truly was a perfect place for our family vacations!

What makes this condo unique

The open concept living makes the condo feel very spacious, and the quaint kitchen reminded us of home.

The balcony view of the lake was perfect for early morning breakfasts as well!

We stayed at this lovely place for almost a week, and it was just great!!!
It was even better than we expected, the pictures were up to date, we were very happy with all the amenities we found in the property.
Fresh towels, clean linens, complete china, the beds were comfty...we felt just like home.
We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends!!!
