It has a combined lounge and dining area, modern kitchen, internal laundry with dryer, security intercom and use of the common swimming pool. You can even catch the train to and from the airport or city.
The location of the property is excellent, easy walk to train station, shopping, restaurants/coffee bars, beaches, hair dresser etc.
There is off street parking provided in a single lock up garage with the ability to park a second car in front of the garage door.
Facilities include an outdoor communal swimming pool.

Monument or enjoy a refreshing walk along the beach to Wanda, Green Hills or Boat Harbour.
Visit a Gym or join one of the many personal trainers at each beach to get to know some of the locals whilst working out.
Or go for a surf, swim or paddle at the beach in one of the TOP 5 Surf Reserves in Australia.
2. BE AN 'EXPERT PEOPLE WATCHER OVER COFFEE.'
It' true...people love to watch people. The Cronulla Cafe Society is built on this enjoyable pass time.
Not only is the coffee fabulously good at all the Cafes along the beaches and in the Cronulla Mall.
