Located directly opposite Four Mile Beach, in the peaceful residential area of Solander, this stunning home offers ideal family or group accommodation, with an emphasis on privacy, lifestyle and space. Totally fenced and screened from the street, entry is through the secure front gate with intercom system or through the remote controlled double garage.
Centered around a large open plan living/dining area, the house flows outside to a huge covered deck, doubling the available entertaining area and providing shade and seating for the fully fenced and heated 'L' shaped swimming pool.
The internal living area has sit down dining for eight people, a sunny modern kitchen with garden aspect, and leather lounge seating around a plasma TV. There is a WiFi internet connection available in the main house.
All three bedrooms in the main house have en suites, the master bedroom enjoys one whole wing of the house with both a stunning bathroom with spa bath and a view over the pool.
Totally separated from the main house by a lawn area, the pool-house offers self contained accommodation with en suite, kitchenette and lounge area, making it ideal for older guests or parents with young babies. The house has fully ducted air conditioning throughout, with split systems installed in the pool-house.
Property was very well prepared, very clean. It was very handy to have all condiments available, we did not expect this. Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable. We would recommend your properties to other people.
