Facing east, the property borders the foreshore esplanade of Four Mile Beach and is only a short walk away from both beach access and the town centre of Port Douglas. The fully fenced and heated pool has a waterfall feature and sunbaking deck complete with casual outdoor entertaining area, BBQ and kitchen bar and servery.
Downstairs offers a casual lounge area with bi-fold doors that open onto the deck. The streamlined contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and has bi-fold windows that open onto a servery for outdoor dining access. There is also a formal dining setting for more intimate occasions. Entertainment features include stereo, LED TV and DVD plus internet connection.
Two bedrooms downstairs include a king bedroom with walk-in robe overlooking the deck and fenced pool as well as the 'third' bedroom with two single beds making it ideal for older children. Up the stairs will lead to the second king bedroom with a walk-in robe, en-suite and views over the foreshore rainforest from the balcony.
High ceilings create a light and airy environment, the villa has remote controlled undercover parking, security entrance and a full laundry.
