Two bedroom, 1 bath with additional apartment downstairs with 1 bedrooom,1 bath

Enjoy the Florida sunshine from the large wood deck on this cute and clean beach house just 2 blocks from the white sands of Ft. Myers Beach. There are two bedrooms and one bath in the main house upstairs. You can also rent the additional one bedroom apartment downstairs for $400.00 per week extra. The apartment also has a futon so it will sleep an additional four people.

The owners have supplied a large gas grill for outside cooking and a large umbrella with table and chairs on the front deck foar relaxing in the shade.

The open and spacious home has a kitchen well equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking if you choose to do so. Flat screen TV, home theater system and WIFI all provided for the guests.

This home is located Mid Island so grocery stores, shops and restaurants can be found within a mile to your North and South. Trolleys are a popular option for transportation and run every 20 minutes to both ends of the island.
