située dans un joli quartier résidentiel,la petite coproprieté "rubicon", avec sa grande piscine, ses espaces fleuris et son ponton abrité par un tiki ou il fait bon lézarder est l'endroit idéal pour profiter du climat et des charmes de la Floride. Monika, qui réside une partie de l'année sur place et parle tres bien français, vous guidera pour vos excursions vers Sanibel,les plages de Fort Myers, les Everglades et dans le choix des commerces et restaurants proches.l'appartement est confotable, grand , propre et bien équipé. bref, nous y avons passé un séjour inoubliable

Sehr gepflegt Anlage, Ferienwohnungen sind komplett ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts fehlt. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war sowie vor, als auch waehrend des Aufenthaltes super. Wir hatten eine schoene Zeit und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefuehlt.

Schöner Urlaub mit toller Begleitung

Wir konnten unseren Jahresurlaub Ende Mai bis Mitte Juni in der Ferienanlage Rubicon verbringen. Neben einer vollständig ausgestatten Wohnung (alles was das Herz begehrt) wurden wir besonders liebevoll von den Vermietern betreut. Die vielen Tipps und Anregungen haben unseren Urlaub einmalig gemacht.
Unsere Tochter hat den grossen Pool ins Herz geschlossen, der bei Ferienhäusern deutlich kleiner ausfällt. Die Anlage ist im Ganzen sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Oft haben wir es uns auf der Terasse gemütlich gemacht und unser Glück beim Angeln versucht.
Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub, den wir gerne noch einmal wiederholen möchten.

Wenn man die Stille sucht und entspannen möchte - nicht jeden tag zum Essen ausgeht - findet man in dieser Wohnung alles was das Herz begehrt.
Wer die Sonne sucht , baden möchte, Florida erleben will , shoppen oder nur einfach Ferien in den USA verbringen will hat hier Gelegenheit mit dem Auto überall hin zu kommen , sei es zu den Everglades , Vergnügungsparks oder an weisen Stränden baden möchte .
Wer sich ein Boot mietet( braucht kein bootsführerschein in Florida) hat noch mehr Freiheiten und spaß...
Se Delfine und Pelikane entdecke die Vogelwelt
Owner's Response: Die gepflegte und ruhige Wohnung liegt direkt am Wasser, mit Zugang zum Golf v. Mexico, ausserdem sehr zentral -
ideal für Ein-und Zweitages-Ausflüge!

Traumurlaub in Cape Coral

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in Florida und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts und bei der herrlichen Terrasse, dem tollen Pool und dem wunderschönen Blick auf den Kanal konnten wir prima relaxen. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen
