What a location! If you are looking for a family holiday with the convenience of the beach right across the road then look no further! This beachside home has been beautifully furnished throughout with modern touches and plenty of sunlight streaming in.

This beachside home has been beautifully furnished throughout with modern touches and plenty of sunlight streaming in. A full kitchen downstairs is equipped with dishwasher, stainless steel oven and gas cook top overlooking the grassed back yard perfect for kids to play. A comfortable sitting area off the kitchen provides the perfect spot to curl up with a good book and unwind.

Three bedrooms are spread over the two levels with one bedroom downstairs featuring a Queen bed, with the remaining two rooms upstairs. The main bedroom upstairs is large in size with a Queen bed, the second upstairs room consists of 2 x single beds. In addition, there is a sofa bed available.

Making the most of the beach, ocean and escarpment views the upper living space is open plan and includes a brand new 8 seater dining table, comfy lounge area with flat screen TV, DVD and kitchenette with bar fridge and additional cutlery & crockery for your convenience. Best of all you have a choice of a north or south deck to make the most of the sun and the beach views at all times of the day!

Additional features include two bathrooms, one with spa bath, large shade umbrella to the northern deck with BBQ & entertaining table, off street parking for 2-3 cars and pet friendly (with approval)

The property is within walking distance to Coledale's RSL, shops and popular cafe's.
