2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 7, linens provided.

Wonderful bayfront condo right next to the convention center. 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Occupancy 7.

Master has a king bed and 2nd bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. Full leather sofa bed in the front room. Inlaid dining table seats 4 with 4 more at the bar. Balcony overlooks the wetlands and the Hampton Inn outdoor pool. At night the bridge to the mainland is beautiful.

Sheets & bath towels provided. Beds are made for you, except for sofa beds. Just bring your beach towel, and well, maybe a swim suit too.

The condo has 3 flat screen TVs, free wifi, working kitchen, beautiful decor. It is designed to make you feel special and comfortable. There is parking for 2 cars in the Makai lot. Other cars can usually find spots in the convention overflow lot by the building's swimming pool.

The building has amenities galore, including an indoor pool, billiards room for adults, gym, sauna, arcade room, large public area, outdoor shower.

The Makai is in a great location. The island is very narrow here and the beach is just across the street. It is walking distance to Seacrets for night club excitement, no driving. New Tap House in the shopping mall a block away, with bayside restaurant & bar. Best crab house across the street. Dough Roller & Ritas right next door, and the Convention Center next to that. The bus to the boardwalk stops right outside the door.

About Resort Rentals

My husband & I got married right behind the Makai building in what is called the Sunset room. The convention center caters events there in the spring & fall. So the Makai has special meaning to us.

Why Resort Rentals chose Makai Ocean City

The location is fantastic here with the island being so narrow. You can sleep on the bayside and walk a block to the ocean. The best of both worlds. The beaches are less crowded and very family oriented. And you can get to the boardwalk easily. The Makai has lots of amenities, indoor pool, billiards room for adults, arcade room for kids, gym, sauna, outdoor shower. It's a great very well kept building, only a couple years old. If you are going to or working at the convention center, you can't get better than us, we are right next door.

What makes this condo unique

We take great care of our condo. We supply sheets and bath towels so you don't have to carry all that with you. We put the sheets on the beds, so every minute of your vacation is a vacation, especially for moms. You will feel pampered for sure. We get fantastic sunsets here.

We are right next to the Convention Center, great location at 42nd street. Walking distance to Seacrets. Unit is bay front, and only one block from the ocean. New restaurant and bar right next door, right on the bay. Best crab place right across the street. Catch the bus to the boardwalk right outside the door.

I came down for a long weekend to attend an event at the Convention Center. I've stayed at the Makai before because of the convenience factor of being able to walk to the Convention Center, but this unit is by far the best one!!! It's super clean, comes with linens (and nice ones at that) and has EVERYTHING you need - you don't need to bring anything except your own personal belongings! I would definately stay again!
