Great apartment, super cozy, practical and functional

 are 2 bedrooms. lounge and dining furnished, decorated,

in residential building, down the block from the beach and near the Largo do Machado, with intercom and security camera, one of the safest places in town.

 Great location for work, study or holidays.

 Parking lots beside and vacancies across the street.

 The apartment is very close to trade, cinema, subway, several bus lines, supermercadose tourist spots.

It features Wi-Fi, telephone, cable TV with all channels, 1 double bed and 1 single bed, cupboards, racks, 2 tables of studies / work, bed linen, table with 4 chairs, TV 29 inch , DVD, sound, ceiling fans, air conditioning.

 The kitchen has a 4 burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, all utensils and washing machine. Short season (minimum 15 days) or monthly.
