This very nice 1 bedroom penthouse is a great option if you like some open space and a great view! This unit is located in a very nice area of Ipanema post 10, within walking distance to Leblon. The distance to the beach is about 4 blocks, and to the lake about 2 blocks. A nice nice terrace with a beautiful view is situated above. There is a sofa bed in the living room so this 1 bedroom can sleep 3 or 4.
