BOOK NOW!! LOCATION THE BEST. This house is 5 minutes from the ski lifts, 35 ft from the famous Bigwood River, and 70 ft from the cross country/bike trails. This house has every amenity you could imagine: 2 flatscreen high definition TVs, 55' and 60', dry & steam saunas, jacuzzis (indoor and outdoor) hi tech floor heating, top of the line appliances, and 3 fireplaces especially after a cold day on the slopes. The house will accommodate several families easily.

Our liquor cabinet is yours to enjoy. The heated garage will keep your car toasty while your friends are scraping snow off of theirs. There is a large port cochere to keep you dry and a mud room to unload your suitcases and groceries.

The Media Room itself will hold all your best friends for events and big games with a huge 55' HD flatscreen TV and a close bathroom so you won't miss a play.

Relax at the bar in the huge kitchen and enjoy a glass of wine after skiing. Easy to hang out and play a game of pool.

The garage ski closet has cross country boots to fit every foot size along with cross country skis, poles and 3 sets of snow shoes. There are 2 out of 5 heated garage spaces available as we have 3 spaces used for storage. There are also 2 boxes of ski stuff in case you have forgotten some of yours.

6 Bedrooms. 5 bedrooms have enclosed or attached bathrooms. One Master Bedroom is in its own wing with a king-sized bed and a top of the line 60” flatscreen high definition TV. The other master bedroom has a king-sized bed and attached bathroom. One queen bedroom has a large bathroom with a large shower and attached room with a queen sized pullout couch. Perfect for a couple with young children. Two upstairs bedrooms and the media room. One queen sized bed and an enclosed bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The other room has twin beds and a detached bathroom with a jacuzzi shower with jets.

The dining table will seat up to ten people comfortably with 6 additional spots at the kitchen table. Complimentary wine and gift basket on arrival.

We prefer that you do not wear your shoes indoors as the carpets are high quality and spotless.

We were a family of ten ranging from 8 to 80. We had a wonderful time in this great house. It was big enough to spread out in but great for hanging out together which we did in the kitchen area. From your barstool you could watch the cooks or the pool players behind you. The location was great-- 5 minute drive to the ski lifts and right on the bike-ski paths for the cross country skiers. The house was well equipped and the extra skies and sleds etc. in the garage was wonderful. We would love to return for another wonderful vacation.

Great Spot for Family Gathering

Our family got together for our parents 50th Anniversary and had a fabulous time. The setting is both quiet and beautiful. There was amble space for everyone with private baths off most of the bedrooms. The central living/dining room area is a perfect gathering place for everyone to come together to eat, play pool, and hang out doing a puzzle or playing games. The media room upstairs is an extra bonus. The river out the back door provided hours of fun tubing and watching the fly fisherman. It is a good location, a short drive to Hailey and Ketchum, as well as the Sun Valley resort. Highly recommended.

House was very clean and comfortable for party of 12 for a week over Christmas. Large living and dining room provided a place for us all gather, but the house was big enough that we could retreat if/when needed. Lovely view of the creek through the back windows - even saw a group of elk walking down the trail one morning. Great accessibility to the main road through the valley, with just a short trip to the ski slopes, restaurants/shops in Ketchum, and grocery store. Owner and local property manager were always available and responsive to any questions or issues we had while at the property. A very good rental experience.

We took our whole family (10) from the East to Sun Valley and were so very lucky to find this lovely, well designed and maintained house. It was beautifully appointed, in a great location, and gave us both privacy and easy access to Ketchum and the many activities in the area. Summer turned out to be a spectacular time to visit the area, and the nearby river was a treat for the fly fishermen in our family.

This spacious house exceeded our expectations. We had plenty of room for our two families and the home was very well appointed with everything we needed. The large garage was big enough to fit our cars and bikes. The setting on the river is beautiful and peaceful. The location is great, right in between Hailey and Ketchum. There is a bike path right across the street, which leads to Ketchum, and we rode our bikes to town every day. The owners are extremely helpful and provided detailed information on the house and area.
