I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was very unhelpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

I dont even know where to begin, it really has nothing to do with the resort Bahama Bay, overall it is a great resort and we did enjoy the resort and all the amenities. THE BAD EXPERIENCE WAS DEALING WITH THE RENTAL AGENCY!!!! We dont know who owns the condo, we heard it was Canadians and therefore I hope they recieve this review of the agency who rents their property or properties.We were in a completely different condo from the condo pictures we recieved, I heard this happens with the resort bookings, however we booked through a private owner on vrbo, we were unhappy with a few things with the condo, but honestly that was the least of our worries. The rental agents for this property started out to be fairly coperative and helpful, not to sound dramatic, it became a nightmare for my family of nine. If you would like to contact me to get the details please do so, or I would be happy to talk with the owners. Please do not print this as a complaint about the home. THIS IS A SERIOUS COMPLAINT ABOUT THE RENTAL AGENCY!!!
