I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

The vacation rental was spotless.

Would definately recommend, felt like coming home after a day out. Quiet community, relaxing. Stores close by for supplies etc. Parks, attractions and airport within 1/2 hour.
Home was well furnished and clean. Gate and door lock worked beautifully. Information package was well laid out and answered questions. Internet was good.
Nice to get up in the morning and make your coffee and have breakfast at home. Kitchen, eating area and great room all together so we could talk and see each other and the pool was just outside huge patio doors.
The beds sounded a bit crunchy, not sure if that was the mattress or the mattress covers, comfortable and slept well, but our friends said when they rolled over they woke their partner up a couple times. Some of the pillows could use replacing, mine was starting to fall apart inside.
Not sure about the garbage, there was no bin to take outside and the garbage men said it had to be in a bin, so we were unable to put it out and had two very full bags by the end of the week for the cleaners, we put lots of cans, bottles etc in also, as we did not see a recycle bin, not sure if they recycle there or not.
Thanks for a great week. This was our first time staying in a home and really enjoyed it.
