I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Rating Details:
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This was my 6th time staying at Regal Palms which tells you that I have had excellent previous experiences. This time around in my PREMIUM Bermuda 4 bedroom home there were roaches, two small 12" TV and one bedroom TV that was of decent size remote was not working. The amenities, location and everything else with the exception of my so called PREMIUM home was fine. After spending $866.35 my expectations consist of NO roaches and TVs that you could actually watch while lying in bed. Not to mention that I requested to be near the pool area for the kids and wasn’t (request not honored).This was the last time my family will stay at this resort.
