This 4 Bed Town home is located at Regal Palms resort which is just 6 miles and 15 minutes drive from Disney. The home comes with full kitchen facilities, king, queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms.Regal Palms resort is an ideal place to stay for a great value family holiday.This particular home comes with 4 Bedrooms - 1 King Master en-suite, 1 Queen Master en-suite and 2 twins sharing a bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and the lounge has a TV and DVD player. The home furnishing have been fully upgraded and the home has wooden flooring.This home is an end unit and has the largest floor plan on the resort. The resort itself has 2 pool, a lazy river, water slide, games room, gym, spa, sauna, bar and restaurant with free wi-fi in the clubhouse. A $10 per home per day resort usage fee is applied on arrival by the resort management.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Resort amazing but our condo was disgusting dirty:(

The resort was great but our condo was do dirty the we have Togo by publix
And buy some supplies to clean the all condo was super duper dirty
Dishes was dirty laundry the tub was disgusting I love the outside of the resort
The pool amazing!! Friendly staff ...
Owner's Response: I really appreciate your feedback - we are disappointed with the Agent too so we fired them!

We have dealt with all the issues and our home is now perfect. We have had hundred's of Guests and just this one complaint. If you re-book our home we will provide a discount. Thank for the feedback.

Rating Details:
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
There are 2,3dirty towels in closet before we came. No welcome package in folder as mentioned in confirmation sheet. Therefore, I had no way to contact owner if anything I need . Floor and capet was filthy. The distance is far from the center. May be a house in this area would be better. However, the pools, water slide and lazy river is the flash for the kids :-)
