This 4 Bed 3 Bath Premium Plus Town home is at Regal Palms resort which is just 6 miles and 15 minutes drive from Disney. The home comes with full kitchen facilities, king, queen two full beds.Regal Palms resort is an ideal place to stay for a great value family holiday.This particular home comes with 3 Bedrooms - 1 King Master en-suite, 1 queen master en-suite 2 bedroom with 2 full beds. The home is located in our Premium Plus Area with free transport to the Pool.There is a fully equipped kitchen and the lounge has a TV and DVD player.The resort itself has 2 pool, a lazy river, water slide, games room, gym, spa, sauna, bar and restaurant with free wi-fi in the clubhouse.A $11.95 per home per day resort usage fee is applied on arrival by the resort management.

Rating Details:
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
The property manager was very unhelpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The unit was dirty, there was black mold in 2 bathroom tubs. Not addiquetly supplied for cooking with pans, dishes and utilities. The unit washer and dryer was dirty and broken. the ceiling fans were dirty, the towels were not enough for the seven in our party. ( I Bought towels for my family.) The beds were comfortable but did not have proper sized comforters or sheets. The unit safe was broken and would not lock. The a/c heating unit leaked.Did not have a Broiler Pan??? or frying pan????? The front desk at the property although nice could not help because it was not their property and it was managered by PEC management???? Owner stayed night before our arrival, and the unit was not changed we found out on our 4th night there. Do Not stay in a unit managed by PEC. The facility run by regal is very nice.
Owner's Response: Hi we have spoken to the Management about this and had the issues resolved.

We have a number of homes with various Property Managers, we changed a few recently. They are doing a great job now. Thank you for the feedback

Rating Details:
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The unit was difficult to find. All the buildings look exactly the same and are not numbered boldly. Especially at night this was a challenge. The streets have the same names. I kept getting lost and my gps could not find the exact unit. This aspect was
was very stressful for me. I had to call to get details and an email for my reservation. The person I spoke to temporarily lost my reservation details. I wasn't told or emailed that the front desk didn't have the key to the unit. We had to call several times
at past midnight to get the location and code to the key lock box. The washer dryer was damaged and needs to be repaired. There was insufficient cooking pots/utensils. We had to buy some. Other than the above issues, the unit was adequately/nicely furnished
otherwise and was generally quite comfortable.

Thanks for the feedback - the check in desk is closed at Midnight, there is one agent 24/7 to help guests who arrive in the night.

The HOA have installed new lighting and gates - we addressed the other matters in your post. Thank you again, feedback helps us a great deal!
