I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was very unhelpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The night we arrived we could not access the lock box which contained the key to gain entry.
A phone call to the management office said we would be charged a service call if someone had to come out to "help" us. After arguing back and forth someone came out and discivered the problem was they gave us the wrong 'code' for the lockbox. They were appoligettic and had to eat some humble pie.
The second night the central air conditioning was not working. The repair man came out to inspect the problem and found lack of routine maintenance was to blame. ei. change filters and general PREVENTIVE maintenance was not done.
At that time I informed them the light bulbs on both the front and back entrances were not working. They said someone would come out to fix . But they never showed up.
Very fristratin trying to open the lockbox and the front door inthe dark for the entire 10 days.
The interior of the unit was in very poor condition. Every set of vertical blinds were desrtoyed and not functional, no cooking utensils. I had to go out and buy a spatula, bowls,cooking spoons ect.
BUT, The absolute biggest diddapointment was the condition of the bedding. The matresses were so bad we could not sleep on them . We were fighting over who was going to sleep on the couch cause it was the only comfortable spot.
They were like springs covered with cardboard.
Absolutely terrible.
I can't believe they even sell mattresses that cheaply made.
My entire family of 6 was dissapointed and we all have the back pain to remind us of our sleepless nights.
I sent regal palms the Chiropractics bill.
Do yoy think they will pay it ? Doughtful !

Owner's Response: I really appreciate your feedback - we are disappointed with the Agent too so we fired them!
We have dealt with all the issues and our home is now perfect. We have had hundred's of Guests and just this one complaint. Thank for the feedback.
