The property is part of the Regal Palms complex at Highlands Reserve 6 miles from Disney, which is a gated private community. This is a great 4 Bedroom / 3½ Bathroom large townhomeThis the largest type model of the homes on the resort. The property itself also has in unit wi-fi, HDTV and is a Premium Plus model..It is a 4 Bedroom / 3½ Bathroom air conditioned townhouse including a large Living & Dining area with a newly tiled floor area, large fully equipped Kitchen, there is a master Queen Bedroom including En-suite facilities is downstairs and the property also has an additional downstairs lavatory. Upstairs is a second master bedroom again en-suite and two twin bedrooms. Both the main beds have mattress toppers for extra comfort. There is also the main bathroom and laundry room. The master bedroom has its own balcony. This property would ideally suit either two families or a number of couples It has a large pool area with lazy river and water slide, clubhouse with fitness area and sports bar showing major live sporting events including British football. *** PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RESORT MANAGEMENT CHARGE A $10 PER HOME PER NIGHT RESORT USAGE FEE ON ARRIVAL***

Rating Details:
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Regal Palms "Resort" is not a true resort. I was very shocked when I checked in to find out my reservation wasn't even in their system! Apparently the unit I rented and prepaid for wasn't even part of their property. This is an ok place to stay but if you want the true resort experience, it can be a HUGE disappointment! Change the name, it's very misleading.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Very nice unit. Whirlpools in 2 of the baths,granite countertops, nice appliances. The booking agents, property mgmt were professional and responded to the few needs we had. King bed did not have a mattress pad and the sheets were thin and would not stay on, mattress could be replaced. Great pool area for kids and adults. Near restaraunts and a Publix. Overall good experience.
