We enjoyed our 2 month stay for the second half of the ski season. We condo was very clean and comfortable. It has a well stocked kitchen with new appliances.

The association does a good job plowing and maintaining the sidewalks. We were very appreciative that the owner made the Netflix streaming subscription available.

The building is very quiet, however on occasion you can hear the people upstairs walking around.

We will definitely consider coming back next winter.

Owner's Response: Thank you so much Eric for chosen one of my properties..This is a GREAT condo with everything you could possible need..I also love the fact that it over looks the river...The extra's in this condo like Streaming Netfix is great..I so look forward to your return next winter..That says a lot right there..

Fantastic NH getaway!

What a wonderful way to spend a weekend in NH! I went up with my sister and mom and we arrived on Friday evening to settle into this cozy condo. The updated kitchen and easy layout made it very easy for us to relax and cook dinner in. The big screen TV was perfect for watching a movie since that night it was a bit rainy.

The next day we made our way to the North Conway town center (which was a quick 5 min drive) and did some shopping/exploring. Because it was so close we actually made several trips there throughout the weekend! It was so nice be able to come back to the condo after a day of shopping to enjoy some wine by the fireplace and relax in a the tranquility of a forest setting.

Our stay could not have been better and I will definitely come back again for another long weekend. The condo was very spacious for the three of us and could easily fit 6-7 people comfortably - great for a couples retreat of a family vacation!

Best of Both Worlds

Can't tell you how comfortable, convenient and relaxing this unit is for a people who want the niceties of a home setting and the still have a resort feel. The views out the two huge glass sliders overlooking the river, ledge and mountains couldn't be better. When you go out, you hear the wonderful sound of the river and see the mountains taking in the whole scene. I can imagine what it's like in the summertime sitting back there with BBQ going and the sun setting behind the mountains. Couldn't be more perfect. It is in a great location where you are close to everything you'ld want to do. If you want to shop (which I always like) N. Conway outlets and artisan stores are just down the road, golf on the premises, swimming pool (both the pool and golf were closed because of the season), skiing all around with Attitash, Black Mountain, Cranmore and so many more places to ski. For the children StoryLand is just across the street. Even though it is close, you can't hear or see it from the condo.

The condo itself has all that you need to make yourself comfortable. Great kitchen with ample dishes, cups, etc... All new stainless steel appliances. You can tell the owners want to give you the fresh/new feel. Having two bathrooms was a great plus. I would recommend this unit to anyone that wants to enjoy all that the area offers while having such a wonderful environment to call home up in the mountains.

Can't wait to go back!

Arrived on " Black Friday" evening- this was a great deal! Kitchen has everything you need IF you want to cook( but there are lots of great restaurants around) and the new appliances make it very open and warm. Although no snow yet, the condo is easy access to all the different ski locations plus the hills of the golf course perfect for sledding. This condo is set off so that has views but also is quiet. Gas fireplace a real help since I am not the best firestarter- turning a switch I can do! You can read by the fireplace while someone else is watching a movie on the other side of the living room; having 2 living rooms spaces is great. I enjoyed working at the puzzle table while overlooking the river.

When I come back I will bring the grandkids, extra cots easy to set up and sleep guests. You can do as much or as little as you want in this area since the condo is close to outdoor activities as well as shopping.

Looking forward to returning and will definitely recommend to friends.
