Historic Estate built in 1929 in Distinguished Mt. Helix million dollar plus neighborhood. Custom Luxury up graded home surrounded by beautiful hills, palm trees and lush tropical landscape. 4000 Sq foot of home. It is private and surrounded by an 1/2 acre of land. It is very nice and has everything you need to enjoy yourself comfortably away from home. We have all of the towels, linens, soaps, tp, paper towels . There are two private washrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) with machine and dryer. The kitchen is really nice, clean and have pretty much everything you need to cook a wonderful meal in your home away from home. It's a full kitchen , wine glasses, pots, pans, micro, coffee maker/filters....pretty much everything you need in a full kitchen. We have some beach supplies, boogie boards, beach chairs beach towels, buckets, toys and umbrella.
The Interior has hardwood floors, fine art, Gourmet kitchen, media room, loft, and home office. Designer decorated. Very large, 5 bedroom 4 bathrooms. This home boast of open beam ceiling and fireplace in living room. Media room, living room, and master bedroom all have doors opening up to the outdoor porch areas.

There is a big back porch with a large table for 8, sitting areas for outdoor entertaining. Beautiful custom landscape will make you feel like you are at a private resort. La Mesa, California, just 20 miles east of the city of San Diego, and only 18 miles inland from the blue waters of the Pacific.
La Mesa is located 18-20 miles East of Mission beach. It is known for the best weather year round. When it is gloomy at the beach La Mesa has sunny skies!

Pet friendly with a deposit and waiver. No biting dogs please.
This is a terrific house for large families but no loud all night parties allowed! We only allow those actually staying at the house to be there
