Just 2 blocks to Montecito Lower Village on Coast Village Road, and a brief walk to the magnificent Four Seasons Biltmore and Butterfly Beach, this two story condo built in 1984 is perfect for a vacation or short term rental for families in transition to a new home. It is private, secure and gated. It is within walking distance to upscale and sophisticated Montecito village shops, deli's and restaurants, and local farmer's markets, and very convenient to downtown Santa Barbara. Newly landscaped with a tropical motif, it is lovingly maintained by the owner and condo association and is managed by expert local professionals. This home is simply but fully furnished, in casual, contemporary Santa Barbara style, and has been recently renovated with (almost) all new appliances and many upgrades. It is stucco with a red tile roof in California style, and has a tiled patio for outdoor dining.

  • Off Season November-April) $4200 per month or $1800 per week, minimum 1 month.
