  • Please inquire for rental rates.
  • MONTHLY RATES: available from January 1 - April 28, 2013 and September 8 through end of year.

    DEPOSITS: Security deposit is $1,000 for the spring & summer rental term (April 28, 2012- September 7, 2013) and is due with signed agreement. The security deposit of $500 for winter & fall is due with signed agreement. 100% of the security deposit is due to reserve booking. Full rental payment is due no later than 60 days prior to the first day of rental term. No pets or smoking allowed. $100 of security deposit is non-refundable for cleaning.

    CANCELLATION POLICY: In event of cancellation, 100% of security deposit is forfeited. If cancellation is within 30 days of the rental period, 50% of the rent is also forfeited. No refunds for leaving early or arriving late. No refund if reservation is canceled 60 days or less prior to first day of rental term.

    MEMORIAL DAY AND LABOR DAY WEEKEND: Rates for these weekends are $500.00 for the weekend.
  • CHECK IN/OUT TIME: The earliest check in time is Sunday no earlier than 3:00 p.m. Check out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. the following Sunday. At check out, house must have no damage in order for 100% of the security deposit.

Cozy, Clean Beach House - Great Location on IOP

I have spent a week at this beach house for the past three years. I return to the home because it is a comfortable, cozy tradition beach house. The location is close to many Isle of Palms amenities.

Upon arrival, the house is always clean as is the pool. The kitchen has everything a cook will need, but we mostly grilled out and sometimes ate by the pool. Directly across the street is an access path to the beach. The house is located within 2 blocks of several restaurants, bars and shops.

I love this house! It is a perfect for a laid back week at the beach.

We Stayed Here for our Daughters Wedding

Our trip to this beach house had a special purpose "our daughter's wedding" on May 5th. We were so pleased to have a carry in dinner on Friday evening and able to accommodate all the guests in the open floor plan of this house. The owner was very cooperative with us in changing our arrival date and time. There were plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance and the walk to the beach was minimal. This isn't the newest place on the block and could use a little TLC but for the money it was a great place to stay.

We loved it and it was in a perfect location

My husband and I rented the place to take my elderly father and my step mom as my father has some health issues and I wanted him to visit the beach while he is still able. He was so excited and enjoyed the home. It was very sweet and had plenty of space for the 4 of us.
The only down fall of the home was the pool was not clean and had a not been cleaned in some time. My father could not get in the ocean so we had planned for him to maybe sit on the side of the pool and get his feet wet or try to get in for a small time but he could not. I did not call the owner as I figured it was no big deal and just mentioned it when we checked out.
We are already making plans for next year. We were very happy with the communication from the owner and his staff Rily W.
Thank you for making some wonderful memories for our family.

Isle of Palms Perfection

Our stay was relaxing, comfortable and ideal for our situation. The home shows exactly like it photos. For a beach access, rental property we were very pleased.
There was plenty of space to congregate (front deck, back pool area, back deck).

We were able to entertain 15 people for a BBQ. It was great.

The beach is across the road. There are tourist shops and a number of places to eat within a block. The Windjammer bar was fun for our 20 somethings.

I would recommend to friends, and hope to visit again.

Great Family GetaWay!

We just spent several days in this sweet little cottage with our two sons, their wives, and 3 young grandchildren. The layout was perfect for us. The location to the beach and town was great. The pool was lovely and a huge hit but we all agreed the large porch was the favorite. We had everything we needed. The cottage was superficially clean but is in need of some deep cleaning and maintenance. The wood floors were swept but had obviously not been mopped for a long time (bottoms of our feet were black in just a few minutes). They need refinished as some areas are splintered. Inner kitchen cupboards need cleaned, relined. Mold on the outside of the back of the house. Doorknobs need fixed.
We wanted to open the windows at night for the ocean breeze, but they were stuck shut and are very dirty. These things did not spoil our trip, but do keep me from rating it as perfect.
A lovely little gem like this needs more TLC!
