Completely remodeled in 2012. It is a NON SMOKING condo, with all new windows and doors, carpet, porcelain tile and paint. The 1364 square feet condo has, three bedrooms, two bathroom, with large lanai and detached garage.

Living room and dining room features vaulted ceilings, fireplace and patio doors to the east lanai. Kitchen has new cabinets, gorgeous granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. Master suite features remodeled bathroom with a large walk-in shower and patio doors to east lanai. Remodeled second bathroom features bathtub and shower. Central air conditioning. New washer and dryer. Detached garage and gas grill located at pool across the street.

Completely furnished with all brand new furnishings. Beautiful leather sofa and love seat, new 60 inch color television, and DVD. Dining area has beautiful counter height 8 seated dining table. Kitchen is fully stocked with all new dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils and small appliances. Master suite has brand new plush pillow top king-size bed, brand new beautiful bedding, and high thread count king sheets, dresser, night tables, and 32-inch new television. We loved the Location of this property because all it has to offer. It has miles of walking and cycling paths alongside lakes, golf courses with beautiful views. Variety of hiking trails close by. So many fantastic restaurant's within close proximity and ten minutes to Fashion square and Old Scottsdale. Also the Park like feel of this condo complex. Now there is a new baseball stadium just around the corner, a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive, plus so much more..

Amazing!

This condo is absolutely beautiful and is located in an ideal location if you're staying in Scottsdale. It's has everything you need. The beds are really comfortable, and everything is very new and nice. This is in a condo complex that has primarily older and long term residents, which we liked, because we wanted to have a quiet place to come home to and relax. And everyone there was really friendly. There is a pool right across the street from the condo, which is perfect (heated), and the maintenance workers were there every morning cleaning the pool furniture and checking the pool and grounds. The hot tub is at the club house which is a short walk away. There is also a larger pool there. We really enjoyed walking/running on the paved path across the street (McCormick St) every morning. It goes along the golf course for miles and is really beautiful. This complex is close in proximity to everything in Scottsdale and is really the perfect place to stay.

Peace and Quiet in McCormick Ranch

If you are looking for a quiet and convenient place to stay in Scottsdale it would be hard to find a better vacation rental, at the price, than this three bedroom condo in McCormick Ranch. The condo is very well laid out and easily accomodated our party of six. It has luxurious furnishings and appliances that make it feel like home away from home. The property was very clean and obviously well maintained by the owner. The owner was very timely with the information we needed prior to arrival and followed up with us after we arrived. There are two heated pools (one with hot tub), clubhouse with fitness equipment and several nearby golf courses if you are so inclined. The best part was that it was far enough away from the major roads (although you could be on them in a few minutes) that it felt secluded and away from the everyday noise of the city. It is close to "old town", the Shops on 5th, Fashion Square and lots of great restaurants. If you are looking for luxury and convenience at a reasonable price you will not be disappointed.

Recovery___ Much Needed

Spent time down in Scottsdale with dear friends after surgery. It was a blessing in disguise. The condo is very comfortable and roomy. The two queen rooms have plenty of drawer and closet space to tuck things away. And the king room has a bonus of a small bay window and it's own door out onto deck. The kitchen, dining room and living room, clean and spacious. It was great going out on the deck in the morning for coffee and cocktail at night. My amazement was how close everything is. Grocery store 2 minutes away, major shopping 15 minutes away, and plenty of super golf courses close by. Great restaurants all over the area within 10 minutes! The major plus for me was the walking/running path across from the condos that goes for miles. Getting out every morning for a walk was the best recovery. The path weaved all through lakes, trees and plenty of grass areas. This condo is a super place for a couples getaway for two, girls weekend, or a family reunion of more - never a feeling of "stepping over each other". And I can say that because my husband and I were down at this same condo with two other couples a few weeks ago - Feb. 2013.
You want a place of comfort, relaxation, room and cleanliness, this is your condo. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay!!! Carol

This was a beautiful place to stay it was so clean and updated. The pool is very close to the condo that was a plus. Shopping and dinning are also close. Just a perfect location and an awesome condo. I be back for sure.

Fabulous Condo!

Went to Scottsdale to be with great friends, get in the sun, attend the PGA tourney, golf, exercise, shop, explore, relax. Did that and more!

Condo was perfect for our group of 6 adults and a 13 month old baby. I was amazed at the layout and functionality of the space. The photos don't do it justice. Everything is new. Kitchen well stocked, great pantry, Kitchen table comfortably seats 8. Condo well decorated. Nice, big, new TV we watched the SuperBowl and made a spread of food - plenty of room. Bedrooms fully stocked with beautiful furniture, comfortable new beds, nice/new linens, thick/nice bath towels and plenty of beach towels. Amazed at the size of the bedrooms for a condo. We were in the master - surprisingly spacious and plenty of room for us and baby. And we would have comfortably fit in one of the other two bedrooms with pack-n-play as well. Felt safe with baby crawling around. The 6 of us adults felt comfortable in the space. Nice patio. Great location. Fabulous walking path along lakes and pretty scenery. (We walked two hours on path at a fast pace - still didn't find the path end). Two pools, one directly across the street, and one less than a block walking down the street at the clubhouse. Both nice with tables, chairs, lounge chairs, etc.

Did not hear any noise from other condos. The entire complex exterior area being repainted, and will look fantastic once completed.

Only thing that seemed odd, was driving up to condo it feels like a sea of garage doors and can't really see the condos. The benefit is great garage space (Room for our big rented Yukon in garage next to owner's car). Other benefit is easy path up some stairs to condo unit. The nice thing is not hearing the cars or garage doors from other condo units.

Excellent location. 10 minutes from old scottsdale, 10 minutes the other direction to the PGA golf course, plenty of great eating places within 5 minutes (went to Butters-great bkfst) and convenient for all the activities beautiful Scottsdale provides.

I would highly recommend this condo, and we would definitely stay here again.
