With three comfortably furnished independent units, it is ideal for three groups looking for privacy within the same villa. Multiple terraces offer views of the sea and mountains. The beach is just 600 meters away and the seaside town of Villammare is less than two kilometers away.
(270 m2) This villa has enclosed, terraced grounds and a private pool (12m x 6m, 1.40m-2.40m deep, open May to October). Two thirds of the estate is covered with woodland and cork oak. A covered terrace on the ground floor level has comfortable seating. The lower terrace has a vine-covered pergola, large oak tree and a covered terrace with seating for 12. The terrace has an outside summer kitchen with a sink and fridge, and a built-in charcoal BBQ. Two additional outdoor dining areas are on first floor level. There is parking for 6 cars.
This villa is a modern three-story villa built in a traditional style. Each apartment is independent with only accessed by exterior stairs, making it ideal for families and friends wanting private living spaces. Ground floor: The combined living and dining room has a TV, DVD, and CD player, an open fireplace, and dining table for 10. There is a separate library and study area. French doors lead to a furnished covered terrace with a sea view. The well-equipped kitchen has French doors which lead to a second terrace and steps down to a covered outdoor dining area with a summer kitchen and dining table for 10. There are three bedrooms on this floor. The first is a double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) with a French door leading to a covered terrace with a sea view. The second and third bedrooms each have a single trundle bed (90 cm) with a pull-out mattress (90 cm). There are two bathrooms each with a shower and toilet. First floor: External stairs lead to the large roof terrace with an outdoor dining table and sunbathing area with a sea view. There is an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with a TV, air-conditioning and a dining table for 4. French doors lead to another large terrace with outdoor dining table and a sea view. A third small terrace in the back has a mountain view. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and French doors leading to the terrace with a sea view. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Second floor: External stairs from the roof terrace lead to the entrance. There is an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with a TV, air-conditioning and French doors with access to a balcony with a sea view. A double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) has large arched window with views over the mountains, pool and sea. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Villammare, less than two kilometers away, is an ancient fishing village at the foot of the Cilento National Park. The park is within one of the most attractive sections of the Tyrrhenian coast. Villammare has long sandy beaches and a colorful seafront filled with small restaurants offering regional cuisine, quaint shops and charming cottages. Hike or cruise along the coast for breathtaking views of centuries-old cork oaks. Three kilometers away is the seaside town of Sapri which has a harbor with hydrofoils to the island of Capri. For longer daytrips, travel north to the Amalfi Coast where there are several beautiful towns to explore!
