The town of Maleme is within walking distance, so there are plenty of tavernas, cafes, shops, and restaurants to visit, and lots of coastline to explore.
(600 m2) This property was built in 2004 and is surrounded by a stone wall for privacy. The grounds are covered with grass, some small trees, and potted plants, and there is a covered parking space and a barbeque. The private pool (38 m2) has sun loungers, umbrellas, and a table and chairs nearby, and there are sea views from the balconies.
Ground floor: This floor has the main entrance, which leads to an open plan living room and dining room, with sofas, a table and chairs, and a kitchen equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. There is a bedroom on this floor with twin-beds (90 cm). There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. First floor: A stairway leads to the this floor, which has two bedrooms. The first has a small queen-size bed (150 cm; the standard size of queen-size beds in the U.S. is 160cm). The second has twin-beds (90 cm). There is a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and sink. The bedrooms open onto balconies with sea views.
Please Note:There is an identical unit in the lot next door which is completely independent. Photos represent either villa. Queen beds: We have listed them as 150 cm wide. A 160 cm bed is the standard size for a U.S. queen-size bed; therefore, a 150 cm wide bed is narrow by U.S. standards.
