Well-suited for a family or a group of friends, this modern villa has lovely views of the Mediterranean and the small bay of Almyrida, a seaside fishing village that is a short walk away. The outside area is lined with local stones, and is planted with flowers and herbs, including thyme, marjoram, oregano, peppermint, and aromatic jasmine. There is a private pool (6 x 4m, open April through October) with sun beds and umbrellas nearby. The exterior of the house has two balconies to further enjoy the views.

The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has a standard double bed (140 cm, comfortable for one, cozy for two). The third bedroom has twin-beds (90 cm) that can be arranged together, upon prior request, to form a king-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. There is an additional bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. First floor: A stone staircase leads to this floor, which has a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, sofa bed (most comfortable for one), and access to a balcony with sea views, table and chairs for al fresco dining, and a barbeque. Attached to the living room, there is a dining area with table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, and oven. There is a bedroom on this floor with twin-beds (90 cm) that can be arranged together, upon prior request, to form a king-size bed.
Please Note: The air conditioning is just in the bedrooms. A 140 cm bed is considered narrow for two people by U.S. standards. In June, July, and August, arrivals must take place on Tuesday.
