The property is set behind an electric gate with a remote control and parking is available within the grounds.

The third bedroom has two single beds (90 cm). The bathroom has two sinks, a toilet, and tub with a handheld shower. There is also a separate toilet room. First Floor: A staircase leads up to one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), which is comfy for one and cozy for two, and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

The property is located one kilometer from Saint-Saturnin-les-Apt, a medieval village on the base of a cliff that is marked by a windmill and the ruins of an ancient castle. Saint-Saturnin-les-Apt has restaurants, cafes, and food shops as well as a Sunday market. The main sights are the Eglise St-Etienne, Chapelle Castrale Saint-Saturnin, and several Bories, stone-huts that were once used (and still are!) by shepherds in the hills. A shop in town has maps of many hiking trails nearby. The property is centrally-located for day trips throughout Provence. Apt, less than 10 kilometers away, is a market town with a good selection of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Apt, which is considered the capital of candied fruits, hosts one of the biggest markets in the region on Saturdays. This medieval town also has an 11th century Cathedral, a Roman Theater Museum, and several annual festivals including a jazz celebration each May.
