The landscaped garden features grass lawns and a lake. There is a terrace furnished with a table and chairs and a private swimming pool (12m x 6m, 100-180 cm deep, open May 1 to September 30) that look to views of the Luberon. Access to the property is via an unpaved, pebble road of about two kilometers, the 150 meters/492 feet of which is rough. Parking is available within the grounds.
(500 m2/5382 ft2) Ground Floor: The entrance hall leads to a living room with a couch, armchairs, and fireplace. A second living room has couches, chairs, satellite TV, and a DVD player. There are also two dining rooms. The first dining room is smaller and has a table and chairs as well as access to the terrace. The second dining room has a table and chairs and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a guest bathroom with a toilet. First Floor: A staircase leads up to five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The first, second, and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed (160 cm). Please be aware that the second bedroom can only be reached from the outside or from going through the first bedroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have a king-size bed (180 cm). Two of the bathrooms have a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower. The third and fourth bathrooms each have a sink, shower, and separate toilet room.
