This spacious manor villa with its own park and chapel is the perfect accommodation for a family or group of friends. It is located just four kilometers from Lucca, yet it has a peaceful setting. It features a private swimming pool and elegant interiors, and is within walking distance of tennis courts.
This villa dates back to the 18th century and features its own park and chapel. Also on the estate are other farmhouses and an apartment where the caretakers live, but complete privacy is maintained at all times. A private swimming pool (18m x 8m) is surrounded by a grass-landscaped lawn with sun loungers. Parking is available within the property grounds.
Ground floor: There is a small sitting room with chairs, and a dining room with a large table with chairs, as well French doors opening to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, toaster, American coffee maker, and dishwasher, along with a table with chairs. First floor: A staircase leads up to a living room with couches and chairs. There are four bedrooms on this floor. The first and second bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. Second floor: A staircase leads up to two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

The property is located four kilometers from the center of Lucca. Lucca is worth enjoying simply for its medieval charm, but there are also a number of interesting sights to visit. The Duomo di San Martino and the Church of San Michele in Foro are both gorgeous examples of period architecture, while the Casa di Puccini, where the composer was born, has been transformed into a small museum in his honor. You can also climb the 130-foot Torre Guinigi, but on the other hand viewing the tree-topped tower from below might be just as enjoyable… and a lot less work!
