Pisa, Florence, and Lucca! This villa is conveniently located in Tuscany and is surrounded by beautifully-landscaped grounds that feature a garden and a private swimming pool. The accommodation is comfortable, quiet, and has a large terrace where the whole group can gather. Plus, if you want to experience some local celebrations, the nearby village holds its own lively festival each year.
Situated in the Tuscan countryside, this villa is surrounded by a landscaped garden with many trees, plants and flowers. There is a terrace furnished with a built-in barbecue and a table with chairs. A staircase leads down to the private swimming pool (10m x 5m), which is surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers. There is another villa on the same large estate. Parking is available within the property grounds.
Ground Floor: The entrance leads to a living room with couches, a fireplace, satellite TV, and a DVD player. There is a dining room with a table and chairs and the kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a single bed and one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower on this floor. First Floor: A staircase leads up four bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two single beds and there is a third bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

The property is located three kilometers from Montopoli, a small village with several shops, restaurants, and markets. Montopoli is also the sight of an ancient tower and arch from a castle that once belonged to the duke of Lucca in the 14th century. A festival is held each September where the town dresses up in medieval costumes and holds a party with music and dancing. Pisa is one day trip destination from this villa. It is known for its famous Leaning Tower and the Duomo, completed in 1350. Poetry lovers will want to visit Mary Shelley's house and Lord Byron's palace (now the City Archive). There is also the house of Galileo and countless restaurants, cafes, and gelato shops! Other day trips can include the coastal towns and beaches, Florence, and Lucca.
