Our house is a reformed house with a patio in a small village. Downstairs is the entrance, a open kichen to the living room, a toilet and a terraze with a small fishlake. Upstairs there are two dooble bedrooms, a bathroom and an other patio. from the roof terraze you have a nica view to the countryside. Central heating.

Costitx is a 1000 person village in the center of Mallorca. The house is 50 m away from the village place. It is a quite typical spanish village. The house was totaly reformed en 2003, maintaining the rustic style and using only natural materials (bioconstruccion). The countryside is without industries with a lot of nice small streets.
