This accommodation is situated in a carefully restored 19th century building comprised of twelve apartments.
This property is comprised of two apartments that are nearby to each other. Apartment 1 (70 m2/753 ft2) First Floor (with elevator): There is a living room with a sofa bed (most suitable for one, cozy for two) and a smaller living room with an armchair that opens to a single bed (suitable for one). A dining area has a table with chairs and a kitchen corner is equipped with a cook-top, microwave, American coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is one bedroom and two bathrooms. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm). The first bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower and the second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower with a tub. Apartment 2 (50 m2/538 ft2) First Floor (with elevator): There is a living room with two armchairs that each open up to single beds (suitable for one). A dining area has a table with chairs and the kitchen corner is equipped with a cook-top, microwave, American coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm) and one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower with a tub.

There are magnificent views of Florence from the Forte Belvedere and Piazzale Michelangelo, a prime destination for a gelato or glass of wine while watching the sunset. For those who like quirky, a visit to La Specola Museum, with wax anatomical models from the 18th century, is sure to fascinate. In addition to all of this, the quarter has many fine restaurants and shops, as well as an open-air market in the Piazza Santo Spirito.
