La Roca is situated just 7miles south of Puerto Vallarta, which means that it is a short trip into town to visit the sites, art galleries, fabulous local markets, fine dining restaurants, cobbled streets, eclectic shops and lots of happy people. You can also just drive down the hill from the villa and be at one of the most beautiful beaches in the area and the wonderful amenities at the Garza Blanca Preserve where they have a fantastic restaurant and spa. You are also just minutes from some really great local restaurants in wonderful settings on the ocean.
This vacation villa is beautifully furnished with a bright, light and airy ambiance and is complete with everything you will need on vacation complete with marble flooring throughout. The gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances is fully equipped with the latest and greatest, has a breakfast bar and leads out to the living and dining areas which has a gorgeous granite dining table that seats 12, has floor to ceiling glass windows and sliding glass doors leading out to the patio and infinity pool. La Roca is built around a huge rock which creates a magnificent backdrop and wall to many of the areas in the villa. Remember there is an elevator for your convenience. 'La Roca' comfortably accommodates 10 guests and our staff will help to make this a vacation you will never forget.
The Villa has an attached 2 car garage with an automatic opening for your convenience.
The outdoor entertainment area has chaises, deck chairs, seating area with dining table, a BBQ and a view out over the Pacific Ocean like no other.
The 5 bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms with marble baths and walk in closets and are furnished with finest. The views are spectacular from every room, you are surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and you will hear many of the birds chirping outside your window. It is usual to see parrots flying from branch to branch!
The king master suite looks out over the ocean,has a king bed, a chaise and 2 comfortable chairs in the seating area, huge master bath with double sinks, jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower with fabulous ocean view through a picture window and it's own private balcony.The floor to ceiling windows (there are blinds if you need them) which leach out to the patio and pool area. The first guest bedroom has a king bed with a smaller private bath, single sink and stall shower. This can also be turned into twin beds for family members. The second guest bedroom has 2 doubles, seating area, private balcony, large private bath with double sinks, glass walled walk in shower and private dressing area. The room is ocean front and totally private with views on both sides. The 3rd guest bedroom which is on the main floor is the guest master suite with king bed, lounge chair for relaxing, walkout to patio and pool with private bath with double sinks, private dressing area and glass-walled walk-in shower. 4th guest bedroom has a king bed with smaller bathroom with large stone shower.
